About us

ooohhh.art is an independent art studio founded by Stefanie Zweifel and Bastiaan van Ederen.

After more than a decade building a creative agency together, producing photography, film and visual campaigns for brands, we made the decision to close that chapter and return to what had always been there: making autonomous work.

Today, ooohhh.art is dedicated entirely to creating collectible limited-edition artworks for contemporary interiors.

Artist Statement

Our work is driven by a fascination with visual harmony and the role art can play within a space.

Rather than existing as isolated objects, we see artworks as part of a larger environment, contributing to atmosphere, balance and the experience of that space.

We create aesthetic, design-driven works through photography, digital processes and mixed media, exploring colour, composition, perception and materiality.

Our intention is not to disrupt a space, but to enrich it.

Why We Create

We make art because creating visual work feels natural to us.

It is a form of expression, communication and exploration that has always been present in our lives.

We are drawn to colour, composition, atmosphere and aesthetics, and to the way art can contribute to the experience of a space.

The goal is not simply to create objects, but to create works that people enjoy living with for years to come.

About Stefanie Zweifel

Born in Zurich, Switzerland, Stefanie studied Industrial Design at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Basel. Her work is shaped by a deep appreciation for materiality, colour, craftsmanship and spatial harmony, further influenced by her time studying ceramics in Japan.

Within ooohhh.art, Stefanie develops artworks that reflect her refined design sensibility and fascination with form, atmosphere and composition.

About Bastiaan van Ederen

Born in the Netherlands, Bastiaan was trained in photography and developed his creative practice across photography, communication design and visual production. His work combines a strong visual instinct with a fascination for aesthetics, perception and contemporary image-making.

Within ooohhh.art, Bastiaan creates mixed-media and photographic works that explore colour, abstraction and visual experience.
