Shipping is calculated at checkout.

ooohhh.art ships artworks internationally to supported destinations. Available shipping options and costs are shown during checkout before you confirm your order.

Taxes that are calculated through our checkout are included in the total amount shown at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, additional local import duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges or carrier fees may apply. These may be charged separately by local authorities or the carrier and are not always possible for ooohhh.art to determine exactly in advance, unless stated otherwise during checkout.

Delivery timing depends on the artwork, format, destination and carrier. We do not guarantee a fixed delivery date unless this has been agreed separately.

Tracking information is shared when available.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and, where possible, clear photographs of the artwork, packaging and visible damage. Please keep the original packaging while we review the shipment.
