ooohhh.art was founded by a creative duo from the Netherlands and Switzerland. With backgrounds in photography and product design, they share a passion for art and design.

Free size & placement advice
Choosing art should feel exciting, not stressful. That’s why we offer free, no-obligation size and placement advice, so you can order with confidence.Just contact us and tell us which artwork(s) you’re considering.
We’ll reply with a few quick questions (and may ask for a couple of photos of your space).Based on your answers, we’ll suggest the best size and placement for your room.
If you share photos, we can also create a simple mockup to help you visualize how it will look.This service is free and optional, there’s no obligation to purchase.

Are the artworks available in custom sizes?

Do you offer custom frames?
If you would like a frame style other than what we currently offer, please send us a message via our contact form and we’ll discuss the possibilities.

Are the artworks available in other materials?
We can always have a look if we can create a tailored artwork for you on a different material. There are options to print, for example on Canvas, Dibond, Dibond with Acrylic finish and Aluminium.

Do I get a proof of authenticity?
Yes, once your order is delivered, we will send you a physical proof of authenticity. This includes the artwork edition number and our signature and a unique hologram sticker for the artwork and the document, verifying the originality of your piece.
The system we use for this is myartregistry.com, which is powered by Hahnemühle. Each sold artwork is also registered online at myartregistry.com

Processing and delivery time
Shipping times vary depending on your location. On average, orders are processed within 2-5 business days and delivered within 5-20 business days globally. For more specific shipping estimates you will receive an order confirmation email.
We are shipping from the Netherlands or Germany.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
If you’re in a remote location or an area with delivery restrictions (including conflict zones), shipping options may be limited or temporarily unavailable. If checkout doesn’t show a rate for your address, contact us and we’ll do our best to find a solution.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it promptly. To request a change in shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we can't guarantee changes, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement.
How are your prints packaged?
Each print is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
Return policy
We want you to love your artwork. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund where applicable.
Because our artworks are made to order / limited edition, we generally don’t accept returns for change of mind.
To help you choose with confidence, we offer a free creative consult (size, placement, and artwork selection). Just contact us before ordering and we’ll gladly advise.
If you’re ordering from the EU/EEA, you may have additional statutory rights under local consumer law. Where the legal right of withdrawal applies, it may not apply to custom-made or made-to-order items.
Are U.S.A. tariffs applied?
Your order is shipped from the Netherlands or Germany and may be subject to import duties/tariffs and customs fees charged by U.S. Customs or the carrier. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise.

For orders shipped within the EU, no import duties apply.
