    Complimentary size & placement advice

    Choosing art should feel exciting, not stressful. That is why we offer complimentary, no-obligation size and placement advice, so you can order with confidence. Contact us and tell us which artwork or artworks you are considering.

    We will reply with a few short questions and may ask for photographs of your space. Based on your answers, we will suggest the most suitable size and placement.

    If you share photographs, we can also create a simple mock-up to help you visualise how the work might look in your space. This service is free and optional, with no obligation to purchase.

    Duties and Taxes

    For international deliveries, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your local authorities. These costs are not included in our prices or shipping rates and, unless stated otherwise, are the responsibility of the recipient. If you’re unsure what may apply, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

    For orders shipped within the EU, no import duties apply.

    Processing & delivery time

    Shipping times vary depending on your location. Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days and delivered within 5–20 business days. A more specific estimate will be provided in your order confirmation.

    Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use premium protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

    What if my artwork arrives damaged?

    If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement.
